Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Regular hemodialysis treatment >= 3 months; the frequency of dialysis treatment is 3 times/week; 4. Muscle strength >= grade 3; 5. Stable vital signs, no severe mental disorders or abnormal intelligence, clear consciousness, no communication obstacle; 6. Volunteer to participate in the test and sign the informed consent form; 7. Accept randomized grouping.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal blood pressure: severe hypertension (blood pressure more than 180/110 mmHg), or hypotension (less than 90/60 mmHg); 2. Cardiopulmonary diseases: severe heart failure, arrhythmia, unstable angina, severe pericardial effusion, valve stenosis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, aortic dissection, etc., uncontrolled pulmonary hypertension (mean pulmonary artery pressure > 55 mmHg); 3. Acute clinical events: acute systemic inflammatory disease or fever, acute stage of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, acute stage of traumatic disease, etc.; 4. The symptoms of new deep vein thrombosis, such as abnormal redness and swelling of the lower leg, should be suspended or stopped; 5. The patient cannot cooperate with the exercise; 6. Lower limb joint muscle pain; 7. Femoral vein catheterization.
