Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children diagnosed with SVAS who have undergone surgery and those who have undergo surgery during hospitalization; 2. Children who have undergone previous surgery must have complete clinical information and aged 1-18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with SVAS combined with other complex intracardiac malformations, such as aortic arch dysplasia, left heart dysplasia, complete pulmonary vein ectopic drainage, and pulmonary vein stenosis; 2. Patients and guardians who do not wish to participate in this study.
