Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria newly revised by the International Headache Society (IHS) in 2004. At the same time, according to the pain grading method (2004) issued by the International Headache Association (IHS), it conforms to the patients with cervical headache who are classified as Grade II and Grade III; 2. The diagnosis of trigger point activated by sternocleidomastoid muscle conforms to the standard formulated by Simons et al. in 1999, and there is only one trigger point activated by bilateral sternocleidomastoid muscle; 3. Aged 18-45 years, regardless of gender; 4. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with intracranial and external organic diseases, neck fracture and dislocation, etc.; 2. There are mental disorders, cognitive disorders, and uncooperative treatment or other treatment at the same time; 3. Patients with hemorrhagic disease or bleeding tendency or patients with carotid artery thrombosis; 4. With serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardio-cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
