Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of the study group are as follows: 1. Aged 18-60 years, regardless of gender; 2. The education level is junior high school or above, with a certain understanding ability, able to complete cognitive tasks and scale evaluation; 3. The clinical version of SCID-5 is used to evaluate, meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 mild, moderate or severe alcohol use disorder, and have been treated with abstinence for at least 2 weeks; 4. Normal visual and auditory function, right-handed; 5. Obtain the written and informed consent of the person or the guardian. The inclusion criteria of the control group: the third entry was changed to "3. The clinical version of SCID-5 was used for evaluation, which did not meet any diagnostic criteria of mental disorders of DSM-5", and the other items were the same.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study group exclusion criteria: 2. Except antibiotics, corticosteroids (inhaled, taken orally, intravenously or intramuscularly), and immunosuppressants or cytotoxic drugs; 2. Except those currently taking large doses of probiotics, such as probiotic supplements (common dietary ingredients such as beverages / milk or yogurt do not need to be excluded); 3. Except major gastrointestinal surgery (excluding cholecystectomy and appendectomy) in the past 5 years, or intestinal resection at any time, or a history of active gastrointestinal disorders, including inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or active infectious gastroenteritis, colitis or gastritis; 4. Except those with BMI >= 30 kg/m2; 5. Excluding previous history of head diseases, brain injuries, seizures and other neurological diseases, and severe systemic diseases such as cardiovascular, respiratory and immune systems; 6. Excluding those complicated with other mental disorders; 7. Except those who have obvious sensorimotor disorders and are unable to use computers; 8. Those with metal implants in the brain; 9. Except for women who are pregnant. The exclusion criteria of the control group: delete the entry of "6. Except those with other diagnoses of mental disorders", and the other items are the same.
