Experimental group:Ropivacaine (0.3%) 4 ml, ultrasound-guided via pterygopalatine fossa trigeminal nerve block
Control group:Ultrasound-guided trigeminal nerve block via pterygopalatine fossa, saline 4 ml

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-45 years and the gender is not limited; 2. Volunteer subjects and sign "Informed Consent for Clinical Study of ultrasound-guided Trigeminal nerve Block combined with General Anesthesia to improve the Incidence of nausea and vomiting in patients after orthognathic Surgery"; 3. Patients intending to undergo orthognathic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic history or recent allergic diseases to a variety of drugs, especially allergy to local anesthesia drugs; 2. Patients who could not accurately locate and block the anesthetic nerve during the operation; 3. Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months; 4. Patients with mental illness or unable to cooperate; 5. Have serious heart, liver, kidney, blood system disease or systemic infection.
