Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the relevant diagnostic criteria of "Diagnostic Essentials of all kinds of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019", stroke was diagnosed by CT or MRI, and the first course of disease was 1 week to 6 months; 2. Aged 35-80 years ; 3. There is upper limb dysfunction; 4. The cognitive function was good, and the score of illiteracy in Mini Mental State scale (MMSE) was more than 17, which could cooperate with examination and treatment; 5. The modified Ashworth grade of upper limb hand was less than 3 grades; 6. Volunteer to participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other neurological and mental disorders; 2. The movement of the hand and wrist joint was affected by soft tissue injury and fracture of the affected upper limb; 3. People with severe hematopoietic disorders such as chest vein tumor and blood column disease; 4. A person with purulent nests, bleeding, burns, inflammation, etc.
