Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants were recruited from outpatients with schizophrenia. The inclusion criteria were: 1. Diagnosis of schizophrenia (ICD-10 codes F20.0–F20.9), the course of disease was 1-5 years and the condition was stable; 2. Presence of verbal threats, no obvious vandalism; 3. Partial recovery of self-knowledge; 4. Positive PANSS scale score = 2; 6. Aged 19-60 years; 7. Education level above primary school; 8. At least one Guardian living with the patient,taking second-generation antipsychotics for >= 1 year. Inclusion criteria of family members: They have no mental history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: exclude co-morbidities other psychiatric disorders (e.g., organic disorders, psychoactive substance-induced psychiatric disorders) and serious physical disorders affecting cognitive function. Family members: People with speech impairment.
