50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with prostate cancer who have been confirmed by prostate biopsy and are planning to undergo radical prostatectomy; 2. Tumor stage cT1-T3N0M0; 3. Aged 50-75 years (not including 50 and 75); 4. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe organic diseases; 2. Preoperative imaging or histology considered lymph node metastasis, bone metastasis or other distant metastasis; 3. Malignant tumors of other tissue origin; 4. Previous major abdominal or pelvic surgery.
