18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with proximal femoral bone tumors (primary or metastatic) with indications for hemihip replacement; 2. Patients with satisfactory walking before surgery; 3. Patients with a life expectancy greater than 6 months and who can complete regular follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of other hip operations; 2. Patients with neurological diseases; 3. Patients with irregular follow-up or mental illness who do not cooperate with treatment; 4. Patients with surgical contraindications.
