Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the NLBP diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine for low back pain with cold dampness obstruction syndrome; 2. Aged 18-55 years, regardless of gender. 3. Vas points: 3-8 points; 4. The course of disease is more than two weeks, the onset time is less than two years, and there is no relevant surgical indication on imaging; 5. If receiving other external treatment or drug treatment, it will take more than 5 days to wash out; 6. Informed consent, voluntary subject. The process of obtaining informed consent shall be in accordance with the provisions of GCP. Note: 1. Those who meet the above criteria at the same time are included in the observation of this study; 2. Diagnostic criteria are as follows: (1) Diagnostic criteria of "Western Medicine (formulated with reference to the consensus of Chinese experts on diagnosis and treatment of acute/chronic nonspecific low back pain)": 1) Lumbosacral and lumbosacral pain with limited mobility; 2) There are increased muscle tension or obvious localized tenderness points (trigger points), muscle spasm, muscle atrophy, etc. at the pain site; 3) No evidence of systemic disease and nerve root involvement; 4) X-ray, CT, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and other examinations have no specific findings. (2) Diagnostic criteria of "traditional Chinese medicine (refer to differential diagnosis of TCM syndromes)": low back pain with cold dampness obstruction syndrome: severe cold pain in the waist, unfavorable turning, no reduction in lying still, aggravation in rainy days, white and greasy tongue coating, and heavy pulse. Those who meet the above symptoms and basically meet the tongue and pulse conditions can be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with low back pain caused by tumors in the lumbar spine and spinal canal, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal canal stenosis, spinal canal deformity, lumbar spondylolisthesis, congenital vertebral defects, etc.; 2. Patients in pregnancy, puerperium or lactation; 3. Patients who have been treated with NLBP by traditional Chinese and Western medicine after the onset of this disease; 4. Have serious primary heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood or serious diseases affecting their survival; 5. Patients with serious skin diseases, infectious diseases, uncontrolled infection and coagulation dysfunction; 6. Severe skin damage at the scraping treatment site; 7. Those who cannot give full informed consent due to intellectual or behavioral disorders; 8. Suspected or actual history of alcohol and drug abuse; 9. According to the judgment of the investigator, other lesions that reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate enrollment, such as frequent changes in the working environment, are likely to cause loss of follow-up; 10. Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
