Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Accord with the diagnostic criteria of intractable facial paralysis in Neurology; 2. House-Brackmann (H-B) grade was grade ? to grade ?. Patients who had been diagnosed for more than 2 months and had not received systematic embedding therapy still had clinical manifestations of peripheral facial paralysis; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years; 4. Patients who voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intracranial space occupying or peripheral facial paralysis caused by trauma, otitis media and other diseases or surgery; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with diabetes mellitus and poor blood glucose control; 4. Patients with tumors, tuberculosis, severe high/low blood pressure, serious heart, liver and kidney diseases, blood diseases, mental diseases, etc.; 5. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 6. Can not cooperate with the experimenter; 7. Patients with catgut allergy; 8. Patients with scar constitution; 9. Patients with cicatricial constitution facial acne or ulcers.
