50 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients or outpatients in the department of Neurology, aged 50-80 years, regardless of sex; 2. Diagnosis of probable Alzheimers disease (AD) based on the criteria of the National Institute on Aging and Alzheimers Association (NIA-AA); 3. Mild AD, with the score of the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE): 20 points <= MMSE total score <= 26 points; 4. With a consistent caregiver who accompanied the subjects less than 2 hours a day and 4 days a week; 5. Primary school educated or above, and able to cooperate with neuropsychological measurement; 6. Willing to join and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency that could not tolerate deep breathing; 2. Had sever systematic diseases, such as chronic renal failure, liver dysfunction, heart failure or haematological diseases; 3. Pregnant or breast-feeding women.
