70 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing hip and knee replacement or lower limb fracture surgery under combined epidural and lumbar anesthesia; 2. Aged 70-95 years, ASA grade I-III, BMI 1 hour, hospital stay > 72 hours, postoperative unplanned sedation, unplanned ICU admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: MMSE score < 24.
