Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Received liver resection for surgically-confirmed HCC; 3. Underwent preoperative contrast-enhanced MRI within two months prior to surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had any prior or current malignancy other than HCC; 2. Received any previous treatment for HCC; 3. Had inadequate MR image quality for analyses; 4. Hhad ruptured HCC; 5. Underwent contemporary ablation during surgery; 6. Died from acute postoperative complications within 2 weeks; 7. Without key clinical information or without any follow-up data.
