Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as Alzheimer's disease according to ICD-10 diagnostic criteria; 2. Apathy evaluation scale (AES) >= 40 points; 3. Aged 55-80 years; 4. The type and dosage of antipsychotic drugs used were basically unchanged; 5. Have certain visual and auditory discrimination; 6. Primary school education or above; 7. Be able to answer simple questions, participate voluntarily, and cooperate in completing relevant tests; 8. Informed consent of the caregiver.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive dysfunction caused by other reasons: such as stroke patients; 2. Patients with other serious chronic diseases, resulting in inability to take care of themselves in daily life; 3. Patients with poor compliance, inability to communicate and other reasons leading to incomplete data collection or failure to cooperate with the assessment of the scale, such as hearing disorder and language communication disorder.
