Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria (all the following conditions shall be met): 1. Conform to the diagnostic and typing criteria of cerebral palsy, and GMFCS is rated I-III, and the modified Ashworth Spasm Rating Scale is rated I-III; 2. Aged 3-10 years, able to understand instructions and complete training; 3. It can walk for 6 min with or without auxiliary tools; 4. Those who have not received surgery and botulinum toxin injection in the past 6 months; 5. Family members have informed consent and voluntarily sign the informed consent form. When the subject is able to give consent, the subject also needs to sign the informed consent itself.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (meet any of the following conditions): 1. Complicated with important organ complications such as heart, liver and kidney; 2. Accompanied by severe epilepsy, genetic metabolic disease and severe skeletal system disease; 3. Combined with visual, auditory and intellectual disorders; 4. Complicated with severe coagulation dysfunction and thrombotic disease; 5. Complicated with severe unhealed skin lesions of lower limbs; 6. Complicated with acute or progressive nervous system diseases; 7. The researcher believes that there are other factors that are not suitable for children to participate in this study.
