Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-80 years; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. BMI 20-30 kg/m2; 4. All were diagnosed as gastric tumor, colon tumor and rectal tumor by clinical diagnosis, imaging and pathological examination; 5. No relevant drug allergy history.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental and nervous system diseases (such as cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia and depression); 2. Patients with multiple chronic diseases who cannot tolerate surgical anesthesia; 3. Severe heart, lung and kidney insufficiency; 4. Recent use history of cyclopol; 5. People with relevant drug allergy history and contraindications; 6. Patients with alcohol or drug abuse within 3 months; 7. Patients with QTC interval >= 450 ms.
