Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a pathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer and stable disease in the chemotherapy phase; 2. Spouse assumes primary caregiving duties; 3. The patients couples with no historical cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders and can communicate normally; 4. The patients couples are informed about the condition, voluntary participation in the study; 5. At least one of the spouses has access to a telephone or cell phone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Either of the spouses is unknow about the disease; 2. Caregivers with serious physical or mental illnesses; 3. One of the patient's spouses is unwilling to communicate or refuses to participate.
