20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need one lung ventilation for thoracic surgery; 2. Aged 20-75 years; 3. ASA grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection, sore throat and hoarseness before operation; 2. Patients with tracheostomy, limited cervical movement or cervical trauma before operation; 3. Preoperative steroid or opioid therapy; 4. Previous oral or throat surgery history; 5. Patients with Malampati score >= 3; 6. Patients with previous or expected difficulties in intubation.
