Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 6 years; 2. Patients who have typical symptoms of allergic rhinitis. For patients with pollinosis, the above manifestations should appear in the pollen seasons; Diagnosis criteria of asthma include typical symptoms or atypical symptoms, but at least one of the following tests is positive: positive bronchodilation test, positive bronchial provocation test, variation rate of peak expiratory flow >= 20%, and the course of disease >= 2 years; 3. Allergen intradermal test results >= + + (i.e., the longest diameter of skin test wheal >= 10 mm), and the corresponding allergen serum sIgE level >= grade 2 (Uni-CAP allergen sIgE detection system); 4. Pulmonary function FEV1 >= 80% predicted value, FEV1/FVC >= 70%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled asthma or severe asthma and irreversible respiratory obstructive diseases (such as emphysema); 2. Pregnant or lactating female patients; 3. Patients with serious cardiovascular diseases, acute and chronic infectious diseases, autoimmune or immune deficiency diseases, malignant tumors, and other serious illnesses; 4. Beta receptor blockers are being used; 5. Serious mental disorders; 6. Serious skin lesions.
