Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >= 18 years old; 2. Gender is not limited; 3. Open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass, including valve replacement and atrial myxoma surgery; 4. Blood potassium, blood magnesium, blood sodium, PH value and HCO3 - concentration were normal before operation; 5. Renal function is normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Deep hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. Re-operation due to bleeding or other reasons after operation.
