Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old, gender unlimited, ASA I-III level; 2. Patients with non-small cell lung cancer undergoing thoracoscopic surgery; 3. No patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or diabetes; 4. Patients with clear consciousness and good communication ability; 5. The subject should read and fully understand the patient's instructions and sign the informed consent; 6. Patients without acute or chronic pain or oral analgesic medication before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing thoracotomy or serious surgical complications requiring a second operation; 2. paravertebral catheter prolapse; 3. Patients are unwilling or unable to sign informed consent; 4. The patient requested withdrawal from the study; 5. Patients with drug allergy; 6. Postoperative cancer metastasis or recurrence or death; 7. Postoperative infection.
