40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with post-stroke hemiplegia who meet the criteria for unilateral stroke caused by unilateral brain tissue damage; 2. Disease course >= 1 month; 3. Modified Ashworth grade, lower extremity muscle tension in grade 2 or below; 4. No cognitive dysfunction, can cooperate with the whole process of rehabilitation treatment, modified MMSE >= 20 points; 5. There was no severe skin ulceration, newly occurred fracture and other complications affecting rehabilitation treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe complications of multiple organs such as kidney, liver and kidney, poor cardiopulmonary function and any other contraindications for exercise, the whole treatment cannot be completed; 2. Patients with the disease course more than one year and the disease was not the first occurrence.
