Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with elective unilateral thoracoscopic lobectomy in our hospital from February 2023 to December 2025, aged 18-65 years, and ASA I-III grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary disease, abnormal liver and kidney and coagulation function; 2. A history of thoracic spine surgery; 3. Infection in the area where the block is to be performed, and severe nerve damage to the limb on the block side; 4. A history of taking analgesics for chronic pain, and taking psychiatric history, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, patients with contraindications to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 5. Patients who are allergic to local anesthetics such as lidocaine, ropivacaine and general anesthetics.
