Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children who are scheduled to undergo calf and foot surgery in Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University; 2.Children aged 0-18 years when included in ASA grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal coagulation function; 2. The presence of lower limb nerve injury; 3. The puncture site has a history of infection; 4. Known allergy to ropivacaine; 5. A history of upper respiratory tract infection; 6. Parents refuse to participate in the study.
