Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients over 18 years old; 2. Hospitalized COVID-19 patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection or community-acquired pneumonia confirmed by PCR tested negative for SARS-CoV-2 in more than two respiratory samples; 3. The time from symptom onset to hospital admission = 2; 6. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 7. Moderate and severe anemia; 8. Sign the informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute or chronic gastrointestinal disease or gastrointestinal surgery (such as acute gastroenteritis and gastrointestinal tumor, chronic inflammatory bowel disease, etc.) within 3 months before admission; 2. Complicated with hematological or solid tumors; 3. HIV infection and immunosuppressive state patients, patients receiving immunosuppressive drug therapy, long-term hormone therapy; 4. Breastfeeding or pregnant women; 5. The estimated length of hospital stay and estimated survival time were less than 48h; 6. Researchers think it is not suitable for inclusion in the study.
