Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The confirmed and suspected cases of COVID-19 should meet the corresponding version of the " COVID-19 Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol " diagnostic criteria; 2. The sample information is complete and traceable, including gender, age, clinical diagnosis, etc.; 3. Vaccination population and healthy population; 4. The sample meets the requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Insufficient sample size; 2. Severe hemolysis, chylemia and strong positive rheumatoid factor and other specimens; 3. Patients with severe immunodeficiency.
