Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old; Patients with newly diagnosed Graves' disease /ATD poorly treated/relapsed after drug withdrawal; 2. Clinically diagnosed giant nodular goiter with normal thyroid function; 3. Patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma complicated with hyperthyroidism; 4. Complete thyroid color Doppler ultrasound data; 5. Complete clinical data such as blood test, imaging report, and operation related data; 6. Good compliance, regular follow-up during diagnosis and treatment, and reasonable adjustment of drug dosage according to the guidance of clinicians; 7. Willing to provide relevant diagnosis and treatment data, blood test samples, histopathological samples, etc.; 8. Willing to use test data for scientific research in clinical institutions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The goiter volume of patients with Graves' disease and giant goiter (group A, group B) was = normal standard boundary value (male: 18 mL, female: 14 mL). 2. The patient had received 131I therapy previously; 3. Other systemic autoimmune diseases; 4. Use of drugs that affect immune function, such as glucocorticoids, in the past three months; 5. Pregnancy status; 6. Individuals participating in other trials were not recommended to participate in this study.
