Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. Diagnosed with colorectal adenocarcinoma by histology; 3. Patients were treated with PD-1 antibody plus anti-vascular inhibitor during or after the third line treatment; 4. Patients must have an evaluable lesion, comply with RECIST 1.1 measurable target lesion regulations; 5. No myelosuppression in blood routine examination 1-3 days before treatment with PD-1 antibody plus anti-vascular inhibitor; 6. Before treatment with PD-1 antibody plus anti-vascular inhibitor, no PEG- G-CSF was used after the last chemotherapy; 7. PFS time and OS time can be evaluated and calculated after treatment with PD-1 antibody plus anti-vascular inhibitor.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. After treatment with PD-1 antibody plus anti-vascular inhibitor, the drug was stopped due to side effects; 2. Before treatment with PD-1 antibody plus anti-vascular inhibitor, PEG- G-CSF was used after the last chemotherapy; 3. Myelosuppression (leukopenia) was found in blood routine examination 1-3 days before treatment with PD-1 antibody plus anti-vascular inhibitor.
