18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. With a diagnosis of nonspecific low back pain; 3. Low back pain for more than 3 months; 4. Without cognitive impairment; 5. Smartphone user.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nerve root impairment (motor, reflection and sensation impairment); 2. Severe spinal pathology (fractures, tumors, inflammatory and infectious diseases); 3. Severe cardiovascular and metabolic disease; 4. Spine malformation (spondylolisthesis, spondylolysis or scoliosis); 5. Diseases outside the spinal cord (e.g. vascular, genitourinary diseases); 6. Pregnancy; 7. Unable to participate (not smartphone user).
