Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 30-70 years with ASA grading within grade III and NYHA grading within grade III for elective cardiac surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital or acquired upper gastrointestinal disorders, such as swallowing disorders, active upper gastrointestinal bleeding, esophageal obstruction or stenosis, esophageal space occupying lesions, esophageal tears and perforations, esophageal diverticulum, hiatal hernia, congenital esophageal malformation, and recent history of esophageal surgery; 2. Abscess of pharynx, space occupying lesion of pharynx; 3. Severe and improperly fixed cervical spine trauma; 4. Esophagofundus varices, coagulation disorders, mediastinal radiotherapy history, cervical spine diseases and injuries, etc.
