Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All the children met the diagnostic criteria for amblyopia set by Chinese strabismus and pediatric ophthalmology Group in 2011; 2. Children aged 4-12 years who were diagnosed with amblyopia; 3. Routine examination of fundus at the initial diagnosis showed no organic ocular lesions; 4. Obtain the informed consent of the child or one of his guardians and the approval of the Ethics Committee of the Court.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with eye development combined with malformation and acute infection; 2. Patients who have undergone previous eye surgery or have organic eye diseases related to vision loss; 3. Patients with communication, cognitive impairment and unclear consciousness, who cannot cooperate with the completion of the experiment; 4. Patients with a previous history of seizures; 5. Emergent patients who have not completed the treatment.
