Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The content of this study is divided into three parts, and the inclusion criterias of each part are different, so they are described separately: Part1 Construction and validation of a risk assessment scale for VTE occurrence in hospitalized patients with AECOPD 1. Meet the diagnostic conditions of COPD and COPD acute exacerbation; 2. Age is more than 40 years old; Part2 Construction and validation of an early warning model for major bleeding risk in inpatients with AECOPD complicated with VTE anticoagulation 1. Meet the diagnostic conditions of COPD and COPD acute exacerbation; 2. Patients with VTE outside or in the hospital; 3. Patients receiving anticoagulant therapy; Part3 Construction and validation of the severity assessment scale for pulmonary embolism in hospitalized patients with AECOPD 1. Meet the diagnostic conditions of COPD and COPD acute exacerbation; 2. Patients diagnosed with pulmonary embolism outside or in the hospital; 3. Age is more than 40 years old; All patients included would sign a written informed consent form and voluntarily participate in the study. The diagnosis of COPD and COPD exacerbation refers to the "Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (2013 revised edition)" formulated by the COPD Group of the Respiratory Disease Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2013. All patients with pulmonary embolism were confirmed by pulmonary vascular three-dimensional contrast scan (CTPA) or nuclear ventilation perfusion scan, and all patients with DVT were confirmed by extremity venous ultrasound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The content of this study is divided into three parts, and the exclusion criterias of each part are different, so they are described separately: Part 1 Construction and validation of a risk assessment scale for VTE occurrence in hospitalized patients with AECOPD 1. Patients diagnosed with VTE at admission or within 48 hours of admission; 2. Length of hospital stay is less than 3 days; Part 2 Construction and validation of an early warning model for major bleeding risk in inpatients with AECOPD complicated with VTE anticoagulation 1. Patients with unclear COPD or VTE diagnosis; 2. Patients with a clear diagnosis of COPD and VTE but not receiving anticoagulant therapy; Part 3 Construction and validation of the severity assessment scale for pulmonary embolism in hospitalized patients with AECOPD 1. Patients with unclear diagnosis of COPD or pulmonary embolism; The entire study would exclude patients with missing data for analysis, and those with psychiatric illness or subjective incompatibility.
