50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I-III; 2. Hip fracture; 3. Aged >= 50 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 2. Abnormal coagulation function; 3. Combined with mental illness; 4. Drug allergy; 5. Patients with hemiplegia; 6. Refusal by the patients and family.
