Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Graves' disease who received 131I treatment within 6 months before enrollment; 2. Physical examination and imaging examination showed diffuse thyroid enlargement, but thyroid weight = 18 years when signing the informed consent; 6. Voluntary consent to provide written informed consent and the willingness and ability to complete every aspect of the agreement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with continuous decline in FT3 level at least twice in the 6 months before screening period, with an interval of more than 2 months; 2. Patients who have recently taken immunosuppressants or glucocorticoids; 3. Patients with other endocrine diseases; 4. Patients with incurable malignant tumors; 5. Patients with severe hematopoietic dysfunction; 6. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Pregnant and lactating women; 8. Those who have family planning within 1 year; 9. Any disease or other condition that the investigator believes may affect participation in the clinical trial.
