Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a clear history of trauma; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 3. Evaluation of GCS score of 3 to 12 after admission to the hospital; 4. Time interval between injury and admission < 24h; 5. Patients accept Clinical diagnosis by CT, MRI after admission, etc.; 6. Obtain the consent of family members; 7. Pass ethical review.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous gastrointestinal diseases or previous gastrointestinal surgery; 2. Antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors and probiotics used within 1 month; 3. Previous brain injury or surgery; 4. Past psychiatric history and current treatment with psychotropic drugs; 5. Other diseases such as autoimmune diseases, hypothyroidism, Parkinson's disease, and previous stroke history; 6. Family members refuse to sign their consent.
