Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis of all patients should comply with the Atlanta Classification Standard (Revised Version) issued by the International Pancreatic Association in 2012 and at least two items in the AP diagnosis, as follows: (1) Acute and persistent abdominal pain; (2) The amylase activity in serum increased to more than 3 times of the upper limit of normal value; (3) Imaging examination showed that the pancreas had or had no morphological changes; 2.18-76 years old, male and female.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of pancreatitis or chronic pancreatitis; 2. Those with surgical indications; 3. Postoperative or ERCP secondary pancreatitis; 4. Those who have serious gastrointestinal diseases and cannot receive enteral nutrition; 5. Basic diseases such as severe diabetes, malignant tumor, blood disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc; 6. Those with abnormal mental behavior; 7. Pregnant and lactating women.
