Test group:During the operation, use the epinephrine cotton pad wrapped with HA to stop bleeding, and fill the nasal cavity with HA and sodium absorbent cotton after the operation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with thyroid-related ophthalmopathy undergoing transnasal endoscopic orbital decompression for cosmetic purposes; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 3. Thyroid function indicators should be controlled normally for more than half a year, CAS score of eye disease should be 0, and ocular performance should be stable for more than half a year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Orbital decompression for therapeutic purposes; 2. Patients with abnormal preoperative coagulation function and abnormal platelet content; 3. Correction of nasal septum deviation or turbinectomy at the same time; 4. Previous history of transnasal endoscopic surgery; 5. Severe septal deviation, history of nasal trauma, and nasal neogenesis; 6. History of hemorrhagic disease or use of anticoagulants; 7. History of diabetes, hypertension, chronic sinusitis, and immune system disorders; 8. Women should avoid menstruation.
