Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy people of different ages and genders; 2. The lacrimal passage is flushed smoothly; 3. Good cooperation, good spirit, and can complete the material collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of infectious diseases, surgery and trauma of eyes and nasopharynx; 2. Local or systemic use of antibiotics, immunosuppressants, eye drops, nasal sprays, etc. within half a year; 3. Patients with lacrimal duct diseases (such as lacrimal atresia, dacryocystitis, etc.); 4. People wearing contact lenses; 5. Patients with dry eye; 6. Patients with systemic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, etc.); 7. Pregnant women and lactating women.
