18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery under extracorporeal circulation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary surgery history; 2. Sandwich; 3. Pregnant women; 4. Hemodynamic instability (need to maintain vascular active drugs); 5. Severe liver disease (alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase > 150 U); 6. Renal insufficiency (creatinine > 1.5 mg/dL); 7. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (forced expiratory volume in 1 second is less than 0.8 L); 8. Nervous system; 9. Carotid stenosis; 10. Severe infection patients (calcitonin > 0.5 ug/L, CRP is greater than 8.5).
