Conditions

pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia

Interventions

Gold Standard:Real-time qPCR and IF staining tests were performed on BAL fluid samples to detect P. Jirovecii. QPCR >0 pathogens/mL was considered as qPCR (+). IF staining was considered positive when
Index test:A clinical-imaging model constructed by clinical and semantic CT features as independent factors selected by univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression
A radiomic model consisting of radiomic features selected by Student's t-test, Mann-Whitney U-test and LASSO and constructed by logistic regression, support vector
