Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Chemotherapy, cellular immunotherapy, targeted therapy in the research hospital, with follow-up conditions; 3. If his condition permits, he may exercise regularly; Good understanding and communication skills; 4. A patient with a primary pathological diagnosis of multiple myeloma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of other cancers; 2. Patients who participated in other symptom management programs were excluded.
