18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. Primary treatment of patients with thyroid nodules without drug treatment; 3. >= 5 mm in size and underwent fine-needle aspiration of thyroid nodules; 4. Received partial or total thyroidectomy and had histology reports corresponding to FNA nodules; 5. Subjects voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unoperated patients; 2. Insufficient sample size for FNA; 3. Refusal of participants.
