Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with aphasia after stroke: 1. First stroke, in line with the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage adopted by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association; 2. The result of WAB was sports aphasia (Broca aphasia); 3. The patient is 30-70 years old; 4. The course of disease is more than 1 month; 5. Years of education >= 6 years; 6. Right handed; 7. Clear mind, stable condition, no serious cognitive dysfunction, no speech disorder before onset; 8. Be able to cooperate in completing relevant fNIRS examination, language therapy and rTMS treatment, and the patient and family members sign the informed consent form. The inclusion criteria of non aphasia group after stroke are the same as those of the previous group except 2) non aphasia assessed by aphasia screening. The inclusion criteria of the normal control group: 1. The gender, age, years of education were matched with the situation of the aphasic patient group; 2. No language and cognitive impairment; 3. Right handed; 4. Years of education >= 6 years; 5. No craniocerebral and related diseases; 6. No other mental and neurological diseases; 7. Volunteer to participate in this study, sign the informed consent form, and be able to accept and cooperate in completing the relevant fNIRS examination.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious hearing, vision and other language disorders caused by peripheral sensory disorders; 2. Complicated with epilepsy, serious heart, liver, kidney dysfunction or other serious physical diseases; 3. Complicated with other nervous system diseases: such as Parkinson's disease, motor neuron disease, Alzheimer's disease, etc; 4. Those with unclear consciousness who cannot cooperate with the examination and treatment; 5. Previous history of mental disorders; 6. There are metal foreign bodies in the skull or other electronic devices implanted in the body; 7. There was language disorder before the onset; 8.
