18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be able to understand and sign the informed consent form; 2. Aged 18-40 years, ASA 1-2; 3. Painless gastroscopy under general anesthesia; 4. No cognitive disorder, mental disorder or communication disorder; 5. Follow the doctor's advice to complete gastrointestinal preparation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating patients; 2. Know the occurrence history during operation; 3. Excessive use or abuse of drugs (opioids, benzodiazepines and cocaine), propofol, sufen and dexmedetomidine; 4. Junior high school or below with hearing impairment; 5. Memory function is defective; 6. The researcher thinks it is not suitable to participate in this experiment.
