Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. <14 weeks of gestation at the first prenatal visit; 3. Intend to deliver in two campuses of Zhuhai Center For Maternal and Child Health Care; 4. Internd to remain in Zhuhai for 3 year and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intellectual abnormalities, physical disabilities or speech communication disorders, etc.
