Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for anal leakage of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases in the Anorectal Department of the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine (2012 edition), and have simple anal fistula confirmed by specialist examination and perianal B-ultrasound examination, and are intended for surgical treatment. 2. Patients who are over the age of 18 with full capacity, male or female. 3. Patients those TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to damp-heat type. 4. Patients participated in the study voluntarily and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with space-occupying lesions in the anal canal and rectum. 2. Patients with other anal diseases. 3. Pregnant and lactating women. 4. Patients with diabetes, coagulation disorders, liver and kidney insufficiency and other serious internal diseases. 5. Patients with mental diseases. 6. Patients who do not agree to be included or with other factors impeding observers. 7. Patients with serious adverse reactions. 8. Patients with other medical behaviors occurred during the observation period. 9. Patients with a definite keloid constitution. 10. Those who cannot adhere to the test plan or automatically stop the test and those who have fallen off or lost the test.
