Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years; 2. The time from onset to hospitalization <=7 days; 3. Clinically diagnosed as ischemic stroke with evaluable neurological deficits (e.g., speech, motor function, cognitive impairment, gaze impairment, visual field defects, or visual neglect); 4. Echocardiography was completed during hospitalization, and the time from admission to completion of echocardiography was less than 7 days; 5. The informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Transient ischemic attack; 2.Haemorrhage or other pathologic diseases, such as vascular malformations, tumors, abscesses, multiple sclerosis, or other common non-ischemic diseases, as diagnosed on head CT and/or MRI; 3. The expected survival time is less than half a year (such as complicated with malignant tumors, severe cardiopulmonary diseases, etc.); 4. Have participated in other interventional clinical studies that may influence outcome assessment.
