Interventions

Group B:Regular care and 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress
Group C:Routine care and 75% alcohol wet compress
Group D:Routine care and 0.05% dexamethasone wet compress

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for extravasation of iodine contrast agent; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for moderate and severe iodine contrast agent extravasation; (3) Inpatients aged >=18 years old; (4) I voluntarily participate in the nursing study and sign the patient's informed consent; (5) Good compliance, able to understand and cooperate to complete the outcome index assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are allergic to external medications, such as those who are allergic to magnesium sulfate, alcohol and dexamethasone; (2) Critically ill patients and those who suffer from other serious diseases that cannot actively cooperate with the treatment; (3) People with communication difficulties cannot accept or answer questionnaires.
