18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >18 and < 80 years old; (2) Satisfy the two following conditions: ? Satisfy the diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0; ? Echocardiography was performed within 24 hours after admission; (3) Informed consent was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Hemodynamically unstable patients with systolic blood pressure (SBP) 15µg/kg/min, norepinephrine >15µg/ min); (2) Estimate patients probably to die within 24 hours after admission to ICU; (3) History of cardiac valves; (4) Patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) with coronary artery disease (CAD) and hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) or other history of ischemic heart disease; (5) Patients with atrial fibrillation; (6) Pregnant women; (7) Unclear ultrasound images or incomplete clinical data; (8) Refuse to participate in the study;
